01 · How is my kit shipped? +
Every kit is on back-order and made to order — nothing is held in stock. MHS manufactures and packs it in Brisbane after you order, and typical delivery is within 28 days of purchase. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
02 · Is the prototype shelf-ready? +
No. Forge produces structured prototypes — roughly sixty percent of a finished product. They are for tasting, iteration, and proving the concept. Compliance, regulatory work, and final formulation happen at the MHS layer.
03 · Can I customise the formulation? +
Not at the Forge layer. Forge sells fixed kits with controlled flavour and sweetener systems. Customisation is what MHS does. Forge is the bench — MHS is the manufacturing partner.
04 · Why are flavour and sweetener systems recommended? +
Because taste decides whether your prototype lives or dies. A base kit without a flavour and sweetener system is a bitter powder. The systems are how Forge stays operationally tight and how your prototype stays drinkable.
05 · Where is it manufactured? +
Every kit is packed by MHS in Brisbane, Australia — a licensed food manufacturing facility (food licence FL-653816, HACCP certificate 500-25350-H). MHS makes food-type supplements; it does not manufacture TGA-listed therapeutic goods.
06 · What's the difference between Forge and MHS? +
Forge is the prototype layer — fast, structured, retail. MHS is the manufacturing layer — full formulation, flavour optimisation, compliance, and larger runs. Forge founders who validate a concept convert to MHS clients.
