Refund policy

Because Forge kits contain raw food-grade ingredients, we can only accept returns of unopened kits in original condition, within 30 days of delivery. Opened pouches cannot be restocked or resold.

To start a return, contact support with your order number. Once the returned kit is received and inspected, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Return shipping is at your cost unless the kit arrived damaged or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the above.
