Terms of service

Forge is operated by Manufacturing Health Solutions (MHS), an Australian food-licensed manufacturer (FL-653816). Forge kits are raw-ingredient prototyping products for supplement founders. They are not therapeutic goods, are not TGA-listed, and are not finished retail supplements.

What you are buying. Forge kits contain individually packed raw ingredients, a limits card, and instructions — between 13 and 21 pouches depending on the kit. Kits produce prototypes — approximately 60% of a commercial product. They are for formula validation only and must not be resold as finished supplements.

No recommended formulation. Forge supplies raw materials and the statutory maximum limits that apply to them. We do not publish a recommended, suggested or starting formulation, and we do not advise on what you should make or at what dose — that judgement is yours. Kit contents and pack sizes are fixed: we do not offer ingredient substitutions, custom formulation, compliance advice, or TGA guidance at the Forge stage.

Responsible use. Because we do not tell you what to make, you are responsible for what you prepare and consume. You agree not to exceed the maximum limits stated on the kit’s limits card and product page, and to observe the named cautions for stimulants, botanicals, electrolytes, and fibre in the instruction sheet. Kits are not for use by children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside relevant medicines or medical conditions without clinician review.

Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL. Statements on this site about kit contents, serve counts, and processes are descriptions of the products as supplied — they are not therapeutic claims.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. All kits are sold on back-order and made to order — no stock is held, and your order is manufactured after it is placed. Typical delivery is within 28 days of purchase. If we cannot meet that timeframe we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund. We may change the catalogue, but changes never affect orders already placed.

Manufacturing enquiries. Submitting the Manufacture with MHS form creates no obligation on either side. Formal engagement with MHS proceeds under MHS's own terms, NDA-first.
