Privacy policy

Forge is operated by Manufacturing Health Solutions (MHS), an Australian food-licensed manufacturer (FL-653816). Forge kits are raw-ingredient prototyping products for supplement founders. They are not therapeutic goods, are not TGA-listed, and are not finished retail supplements.

We collect the personal information needed to process orders and respond to enquiries: name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. Payment details are processed by Shopify Payments and its providers — we never store card numbers.

We use your information to fulfil orders, provide support, and — only with your consent — send marketing. Analytics runs only after you consent through the cookie banner; all analytics signals are denied by default.

If you submit a manufacturing enquiry, the details you provide (product category, stage, quantities, timeframe) are shared with the MHS team to assess and respond to your enquiry. MHS operates NDA-first: your product concept is not shared outside MHS.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers needed to run the store (Shopify, payment processing, shipping carriers) and where required by law.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988, Cth). You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or lodge a complaint, by contacting us. If unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
