Why Forge exists
Build the product
you keep
thinking about.
Forge is a structured supplement prototyping system. Eleven kits. Thirty flavours. Seven sweeteners. Manufactured by MHS in Brisbane. It's for founders, coaches and brands who want to measure, mix and taste a real prototype — not hand over an idea and wait for someone else to interpret it.
From an idea to a physical prototype
From raw
material
to mailer.
Buying raw materials individually is expensive, and pack sizes dwarf what an early prototype needs. Forge brings the components into one controlled system — weigh, blend and adjust across trials without a manufacturing agreement.
Eighty-five raw-material SKUs across actives, electrolytes, carbs and adaptogens. Standardised pack sizes. Repeatable runs.
MHS Brisbane facility. Each kit gets a batch ID and a lot number stamped on the spec sheet.
Thirty flavour profiles. Each pairing is tested for solubility, mouthfeel and shelf stability.
Seven sweeteners — stevia, monk fruit, sucralose, thaumatin, erythritol, xylitol and allulose — plus a natural masking agent.
Recyclable mailer. Tamper seal. Spec sheet inside, batch ID outside. Express AU shipping included over $400.
Adjust the flavour pouch, change the sweetener track, or move up a kit. Re-orders carry over the spec sheet.

What we believe
Forge is for founders, coaches, trainers and product creators who prefer to learn by doing. You might already know exactly what you want to make, or only the problem you want to solve. Either way, the job is the same: move the idea out of your head and onto the bench.
You control the measurements. You decide what to adjust. You feel the trade-offs between dose, flavour, sweetness, texture and serving size — the understanding a spreadsheet can't give you.
The kits aren't random. Each is built around one category — hydration, pre-workout, cognitive, recovery, sleep, gut health, plant protein — with a relevant set of raw materials and a clear prototyping format. Structured, but deliberately adjustable.

The mark
Three runes.
One bind.

Cattle. Movable wealth. Capacity. In Forge, Fehu is the foundation — the base kit, the resource a builder carries into the bench. Every prototype starts here.
Elk-sedge. The protective rune. In Forge, Algiz is the spec sheet — the discipline that protects a builder from a bad batch, a wrong dose, a regulatory dead-end.
Exchange. The rune of equal trade. In Forge, Gebo is the relationship — what the founder brings to the bench, what the bench returns. Real batches, made to order.
Designed to waste less
Made at prototype
scale, on purpose.
Our approach
Prototyping creates waste fast. Commercial raw-material packs are far larger than an early-stage founder needs, and a failed trial can leave kilograms of unused ingredient behind. Forge supplies controlled, prototype-scale quantities instead.
We use recyclable packaging wherever a suitable format exists, and keep print, ink and packaging complexity low across the system.
We don't claim any physical product has no environmental impact. The approach is practical: use less material where we can, drop what isn't needed, and improve the packaging as better options become available.
